Living With My Lady Boss

Bahamut, being a reincarnation of Kaiser himself, came slithering toward Wilbur. They both turned into their human forms, and a fierce battle broke out once more. Kaiser channeled his energy into Bahamut's body, giving Bahamut the upper hand over time. At last, Bahamut severely wounded Wilbur with a blow of his sword, causing Wilbur to fall from mid-air.

"Hahaha!"

Kaiser appeared suddenly then, laughing loudly. "Nice work, Bahamut."

"Thank you, Master."

Bahamut retreated behind Kaiser, looking at him coldly. He whipped out a dagger from his sleeves all of a sudden, driving it deep into Kaiser. Kaiser flipped around sharply, grabbing Bahamut's wrist and glowering at him. "Have you lost your mind?"

Just then, the Dark Lord's voice sounded from Bahamut's throat. "You've stopped me many times now, Kaiser Fern! There's no way in hell I'll let you become the ultimate elite!"

A furious Kaiser reached out to grab Bahamut's head, sucking him into his body. An explosion sounded through the air the next second, with dark energy waves spreading in all directions.

The Dark Lord cried out in agony as he turned to dust.

"You have no right to challenge me, you imbecile!"

"What about me, then?"

Kaiser turned around to see Wilbur gripping his Azure Dragon Spear, driving it deep into Kaiser's ribs. Kaiser grabbed the spear the next second, and it began to rapidly absorb the energy in his body before transferring it to Wilbur.

"What? You're usurping my energy..."

Kaiser pressed down on the top of Wilbur's head at the same time Wilbur did the same to him. Both men channeled their energy at the same time. Just as Wilbur's energy was about to drain out of him, he was bathed in a golden glow. The barrier in the universe dimension appeared, and countless dragon clan pupils and members could be seen. They gathered their powers, channeling them into Wilbur's body.

With the boost of energy, Wilbur was quickly able to absorb the energy in Kaiser's body before absorbing it and converting it into a flame dragon.

"Help me out here, Augheimer!"

"Got it!" Augheimer called out. He flew over, rapidly laying down a Dragon Trap Formation. Wilbur walked into the formation once it was done, stripping the consciousness of the God of Destruction out of him by force. A boom sounded through the air as the consciousness exploded into dust and Kaiser flew out of Wilbur's body, having lost all of his evil god energy.

In the next second, Kaiser got down on one knee. "Kaiser Fern at your service, Master."

The Dragon God appeared then, saying, "Well done, Kaiser. You may remain undercover in the chaos realm."

"Yes, Mighty Dragon Lord."

It turned out that Kaiser was actually a dimensional guardian, and also an evil god. He was in charge of monitoring the changes in the chaos realm. The universe dimension was akin to a funnel, and both Earth and the chaos realm were its thinnest parts. That was why the evil gods usually entered the universe dimension through Earth first.

The only way to get rid of the evil gods was to flip the universe over, and then get the deed done on Earth.

The universe dimension was built by the dragon clan, and they created barriers to protect the people within it.

Because this tragedy was caused by Wilbur and Augheimer, it was up to the two of them to fix everything.

The Dragon God disappeared out of sight, and Kaiser returned to the chaos realm. Wilbur looked at Augheimer, asking, "Where would you like to go most now?"

"I'd like to return to the Golden Dragon Clan. Since things here are done, I guess this dimension can be erased. I don't want my being on Earth to have any memories of the middle dimensions, please help me out if you're returning there."

"Got it."

Wilbur watched as Augheimer turned into the Golden Dragon, finally melding into the dimensions. He lifted a finger, and the dimensions flipped over once more. Wilbur was now standing in the main hall of the Church of Holy Illuminati in the Vatican.

He looked at Augheimer sitting on the throne. "Do you like your life now, my Holiness?"

"Of course, my friend."

Wilbur smiled, turning to leave the church.

After vacationing around the Vatican for the rest of the day, Wilbur got on an evening flight. He sat in a window seat with his headphones on, smiling at the thought of Faye as he looked out at the fiery-red clouds.
