Chapter 1092
Dr. Smith checked on her, and Molly, with a weak voice, asked, "I don't need a C- section, do I?"
Dr. Smith replied, "It's an option if you want it."
Molly shook her head firmly, absolutely refusing surgery.
Everyone had arrived, and even the drowsy Henry woke up. It was supposed to be nap time for the little guy, and after a busy morning, his dad had pulled him out of bed and whisked him out the door.
When father and son got there, everyone else was already present.
"Has she gone in?" Andre asked.noveldrama
Mia nodded, and Andre noticed Chad standing outside. "Why aren't you in there?"
Chad sighed, "Molly won't let me."
Before entering the delivery room, Molly, despite her pain, insisted, "No, Chad, you can't come in. I won't let you see me like this."
Chad chuckled, "What haven't I seen already?"
But Molly was determined and went into the delivery room alone. Chad was even more anxious waiting outside.
Mia picked up her sleepy son and noticed, "Oh, look at that! His shoes are on the wrong feet."
Inside the delivery room, Molly was in agony, crying out, "Doctor, why does it hurt so much? I don't want to do this anymore."
Dr. Smith encouraged her, "Ms. Cedillo, less talking, more pushing. Let the baby come out."
"But how? I want him out too."
Dr. Smith stayed silent, focusing on the task.
Unable to endure the pain any longer, Molly screamed, "C-section! C-section! I want a C-section; I can't do this naturally."
When she spotted the surgical scalpel in the doctor's hand, she quickly changed her mind, "Oh no, I think I can keep going."
Dr. Smith smiled, setting the scalpel aside.
"I want someone with me. Let Chad and my sister come in."
"Ms. Cedillo, only one person can be with you."
Molly protested, "What kind of rule is that? Why not two?"
Outside, Chad was pacing nervously. Normally calm, he couldn't hide his anxiety
now.
Soon, a nurse came out, "Is Mr. Cedillo here?"
Chad leaped forward, "That's me."
"Come change, Ms. Cedillo wants you with her."
Just as Chad was about to change, another nurse emerged, "No need, the baby's here."
Officer Chad was in disbelief, "Molly gave birth already?"
As spring turned to summer, during the Grain Rain period, a long-awaited newborn made his debut.
Molly had a baby boy, wrapped in a blue blanket, and he was gently placed in Chad's arms.
Hansen looked at the baby boy,
feeling a twinge of disappointment as his dream of another
granddaughter slipped away, but the joy of a grandson replaced it
He peered at the baby, "Huh, how come he doesn't look like my daughter?"
As Molly was about to be wheeled out, Mia quickly set her son down
and Chad handed him off, "Dad, can you hold him? Mom, Granny... Leo, can you take one of the kids
His parents, in-laws, and grandparents were all gathered at the door, leaving only
the wall-leaning nephew and niece.
Anya, thrilled, spoke up on behalf of her boyfriend, "Chad, hand him over."
Leo reluctantly stretched out his
arms, looking down at the
and muttered, "Great, another rival for attention." The last one had just turned a month old.
Anya's hands were already reaching for the newborn, "Hi there, I'm your sister Anya!"
Leo grumbled, "And I'm your brother."
The newborn responded with a cry.
Henry toddled over to his brother, patting Leo's leg, and looked up with a little grin, "Ohhh!"
What do you think?
