Unforgettable love

Chapter 94

Chapter 94:

“Um,” Abbott replied with a faint “um.”

His car was here for maintenance. He had come to do something today, so he also intended to drive it himself.

Abbott was a regular customer. His cross-country and coupe were purchased at this car store.

The manager was very respectful of a regular customer or a wealthy customer.

Dolores took notice of a 7-seater business type car. The styling, interior design and, above all, the safety and reliability index, were very much in line with her requirements.

“Excuse me, is there a test drive of this car?” asked Dolores.

Several salesmen were sitting on the couch playing with their phones and some of them also had phone calls. At Dolores’ words, a saleswoman replied coldly, “No.”

“Apparently we’re not buying a car, but buying disdain for ourselves,” Terry whispered.

Dolores also smiled helplessly.

She wanted to spend her money but was not allowed to. Indeed, it was a rare affair for her.

“Your car.” The attendant handed her the keys, “The car is parked in front of the door.”

Abbott took the keys. When he reached the door, he saw a figure that looked like Dolores through the reflection of the glass door. He turned around and saw that Dolores was talking to Terry.

Wasn’t this man the one who had harassed her that day? How did the two of them seem close today?

“I think we should go to another car store. This store isn’t the only one that sells the car,” Terry leaned closer to her and whispered.

“I really like this car.” Dolores liked this model.

To see from Abbott’s position, Terry’s action surprisingly seemed slightly intimate.

Her brow furrowed.

She wanted to reach over and pull Terry away, but after thinking about it, she continued not to move. Instead, he pulled out his phone, took a picture and sent it to Matthew.

It was okay that he didn’t understand Matthew’s mind before but this time, Matthew firmly called off his engagement to Maria. Then, he could see that Matthew really cared a lot about Dolores.

If he saw that Dolores was acting so close with another man, would he get angry?

The more Abbott thought about it, the more excited he became.

It wasn’t easy for him to laugh at Matthew.

This was an opportunity. Thinking about this, he hit the send button.

And then, he added a sentence later, “I’m driving in the 4S store and I see Dolores is buying a car with a man in the store. Her actions are intimate.”

After sending it, Abbott walked out of the store with his finger turning the keys.

He turned and looked at Dolores and Terry. He smiled and thought in his mind what would Matthew’s mood be when he saw the picture He was looking forward to finding out.

Abbott was in a good mood. He got into his car while humming a song. He pushed the button to start the car and as he was about to start driving, his phone rang.

He pulled it out and saw that it was Matthew’s number.

“So fast” Matthew called him so soon.

Abbott cleared his throat and took the call, “Mr. Nelson.”

“Where are you?” there was a tinge of annoyance in his tone.

Watching her have intimate manners with another man, he was overcome with extremely uncomfortable feelings that made him feel bad.

“Benz 4S store,” Abbott said sincerely.noveldrama

“Watch them for me.” Finished speaking, Matthew hung up the call.

Abbott gasped and looked at the hung up phone, “Are you mad?”

He put the phone away and as he wanted to get out of the car, he saw Dolores and Terry heading for the door, apparently they were going to get out. So he got back into his car. Matthew asked her to keep an eye on them. If they were leaving, how was he going to explain.

After waiting for Dolores and Terry to leave, he got out of the car and walked through the left door into the manager’s office.

The manager quickly got up and greeted Abbott after seeing him, “Is there a problem with the car?”

“No.”

Abbott held out his hand, “Come here.” The manager hurried over.

“Do you see the two people outside?” Abbott pointed to Dolores and Terry standing outside the window.

The manager nodded, “Yes.”

“They were taking a look at the car in your store just now. Now, go and make them stay in your store.”

Ah

The manager didn’t know why.

Watching their distances recede, Abbott’s face turned cold,

“What, you can’t do that.”

“I can” The manager was also an ordinary salesman before he became a sales manager.

He knew that Abbott was not only rich, but also Matthew’s subordinate. So he was very respectful to Abbott.

He could not offend such a person.

The manager was very observant, so he came out of the office, trotted after Dolores and Terry.

“Hey, guys, wait a minute.” The manager called to them.

Hearing someone ask them to stop, Dolores stopped walking and turned around. She saw a man in a black suit who was approximately over 40 years old. The man had a beer belly and a friendly smile on his face.

“Did you take a look at the cars in our auto store just now?” Dolores nodded.

“Are there any cars you like?”

“Yes,” Dolores replied sincerely.

The manager let out a sigh of relief. Since she liked a certain car, he would have the opportunity to invite her back to the store. He asked with a smile, “So, have you bought it?”.

“We want to buy, but you don’t want to sell,” Terry spoke in disgust.

“Don’t say that, we are the ones who sell cars. If who buy, how come we don’t want to sell?” The manager was still smiling.

Although his body was obese and out of shape, his manner of speaking was very pleasing to the ears.

“The salespeople in your store look down on us.” Terry pointed to himself and Dolores. “They think we can’t afford to buy a car there, so they don’t want to come and service us. When we ask for details, they all ignore us. In the past, I have always heard a saying that the customer is the master. Today I realize that this saying is false. Not all customers are treated this way, it depends on their wealth. We are not rich gentlemen, so we don’t deserve to be served.”

Terry was holding back his anger at this point. He took this opportunity to vent all his anger.

“This is the first time I have experienced something like this. I want to buy a car but the salesman doesn’t want to sell it. Sounds weird, doesn’t it?”

“There was such an issue?” The manager’s face darkened and he was very dissatisfied, “I will definitely teach them a lesson later.”

The manager smiled again, “Tell me which car you like, I will attend to you personally. I am the manager of this store. It is my fault and responsibility for letting you guys experience bad service. If you buy a car in my store successfully, I will give you the biggest discount.”

“Okay.” Dolores thought for a moment and felt that the manager’s attitude was quite sincere.

The manager followed Dolores and began to introduce the cars in his store, “The quality of the cars in our store is absolutely guaranteed and the cars have a good reputation. You can check it on the Internet, we are the top seller every year.”

Dolores smiled.

The manager opened the door and made a “please come in” gesture toward Dolores, “Sarah, go make two cups of coffee.”

At the sound of the manager’s voice, the saleswoman, who was fiddling with her phone, looked up and saw the two disheveled customers who had just left. She frowned, “What’s the manager doing?”.

The other saleswoman looked up and glanced over, “Maybe the manager thinks they have potential to buy it.”

This saleswoman was dealing with a customer and was communicating with him on the phone at the time. Compared to the customer who was going to be successfully negotiated by him, he was certainly more willing to serve the customer he was dealing with than the new customers who seemed poor.

“Bah, what part of them look like people who can afford to buy a Benz?” The saleswoman twisted her lips, “Maybe the reason the manager is so enthusiastic is that he sees that the woman looks pretty.”

“Have a seat.” The manager helped pull the chair closer.

Sarah poured the coffee.

“Which model do you like?” the manager asked.

“That one.” Terry pointed to the 7-seater business-type car near the door.

“We offer a test drive service so you can try it out. The safety features of this car are the best, as every seat has airbags. Other cars only have front airbags, but this one has front and rear airbags. In addition, it has an automatic braking function. If the car is out of control or the road is too slippery, it will automatically lock all four wheels to force itself to stop.”

Terry’s eyes widened, “But your staff says there is no test service.”
